WHERE DO BROKEN HEARTS GO
The Rogue Speaks:
You were only 48 years old! Way too young to leave us with only your beautiful voice to remember you by. Good night, Whitney. We'll always have you in our hearts.
Oh, Judie. I was so shocked and sad to hear this on TV this evening. I knew about Whitney's problems, but thought she was doing better. It is so, so sad. Thank goodness we have her recordings to remember her by. Every time I hear, "I Will Always Love You" by her, I get chills....every single time.
Judie, This little piece speaks volumes. It's amazing to see how, across the globe, people are mourning. I started a second sentence but I can't remember it.
I liked what Kevin Costner said at her service. She always thought she was not good enough. He gave a beautifully eulogy. I think that had to come from early on in her life. I think that Bobby just fueled the fire! Such a tragedy!

First thing I heard this morning ! How sad ! I loved her songs and her voice !
You would think that someone would have gotten to her in time to save her from herself.
So sad. What a loss to all of us. May she rest in peace.
She was given such a gift, but she chose to waste it all with drugs. It's such a helpless feeling to watch her fall so far and so badly.
I did my RIP post this morning too. Suffice to say, you were much more charitable.
So tragic is the waste of great potential.
