STARTING AGAIN

The Rogue Speaks:

After a very long and harrowing trip of 5 days in the car, we arrived in Brunswick yesterday.  I will write more about this later, but for now I will tackle Jenny's Saturday Centus.  This is no easy feat for someone whose brain has turned to mush, and whose retina is forever imprinted with the the view of the rear end of Rod's car.

Starting Again

Brunswick is warm and soft, and cool,
with salty liquid soothing my aching body,
 and many sandy bits clinging
to my limbs, and puppy paws, as
surf flows in and out.

That's it!  The first offering, that of Susan Mystery, is the only one I have read so far, and try as I  could, I couldn't match it.  Be sure to check it out.

We close on the house on Monday, but the moving company, which will be DEALT WITH  in another post (remember, I take no prisoners) will not arrive until sometime between the 14th and the 17th, despite the fact that the salesman told us "five to seven days" from when they packed last Thursday and Friday.

If anyone wants to email me, my new email address is judiemcewen at gmail dot com.  Google will also be DEALT WITH in a later post.

Later!

Oh my... the threats and promises of revenge - love it (she says, rubbing her hands together!)
Glad you made it safely. I hope all the pieces come together without too much trouble.

Your post is stunning. Your brain can't be too mushy!

I can picture every word you wrote, NOT dripping with mush, but brilliance !!!

I am so happy you made it safely to Brunswick. In many of our cross country moves, if I close my eyes, I can see Don's car either in front or behind me like it was yesterday...branded on my brain !!!

That is an awesome sentence. Sounds like you need a vacation now.

Oops, I will be back to read this, I haven't even seen her prompt yet. I remembered you said you'd be missing some until you got settle in and when I saw your post I had to open it and check out your trip and its adventure. Then I saw you were in Saturday Centus mode....I'll be back, I'm happy you made it there, I'm guessing you did! See you soon here.

Hi Judie! I'm trying to get back into the blog groove, while I still continue to write. It's worked okay for a day or so! I can't wait to hear all about your new home, etc. I was just thinking, you'll probably change your header photo?! Hugs!

I hope you can slow down, mellow out, and catch your breath before the moving van comes.

Judi, I'm so glad you've made it to your destination. I think moving is one of the most frustrating experiences with which to deal, and I'm amazed that you did a fabulous job with your Centus contribution. Hang in there! laurie

I like it, Judy. Following someone else is hard. Especially hard if they aren't good leaders through the traffic.
