Yet another thing to make with fresh cranberries! My daughter Beth and I have made this a LOT! I took a big bowl of it (double recipe) to our friends' house for Thanksgiving, and came home with an empty bowl! One thing, though, I cut down the amount of sugar in it down to less than 1/2 cup. Still tastes great!
We found this recipe in the New Orleans paper last year, and have shared it with many friends. Hope you like it!!!

Sounds like a delish recipe and so good to 'see you' ~ Happy Weekend to you ~ carol, xxx
it is spicy? I can't cook so I can't tell by the ingredients but I'm sure some people will like it.
have a sweet day.
That sounds yummy. I don't think I've ever had anything like this - it would be a hit around my house by the sound of it.
Sounds good, only where would I get the ingredients ?
This sounds like an interesting twist on salsa. I just might have to try it! Thanks for the recipe.
Hmmm, definitely sounds interesting. However being a traditional salsa person, you know what's fairly common in Mexican restaurants, then I'm not sure if I would ever venture to try this. Of course, if I were at your house and you had then I would certainly be willing to try it. Do I hear an invitation? :D Thanks for stopping by. I have missed visiting with you, but that's my fault given my crazy year and blog change. Good 'C' post for the Alphabe-Thursday classroom!
This looks really good and I'm going to try it!
Oh thank you for sharing...I would love to try this.
I have been catching up on some blog visits and so happy to be here :o) Hope you are all settled in...we have moved from Georgia to e closer to where all our three will eventually move back to or are living at - Kentucky. So happy to be here, and the four seasons are beautiful...but I do miss the warmer temperatures! (I am such a wimp in cold weather).
Hugs!
Blessings & Aloha!
Sounds yummy, thanks for sharing!
I have never had cranberry salsa, but I'm intrigued now! Thanks for sharing.
Cranberries are such a classic holiday treat and this recipe sounds absolutely delightful...
I will have to give this recipe a try for our Christmas feast!
