We have been to Jekyll Island twice (and loved it). Your shots are wonderful. a fascinating back story to the island's former inhabitants.

I'm so sorry to read about your accident, Judie - what a nasty one. I hope you heal quickly and heal well. I guess you'll be doing lots of walking on the beach instead of golfing for a while - lucky you have that beautiful beach not far.
Take good care, my friend.

Great shots, especially the creepy horseshoe crab and the bubbles around the sand dollar!
Hope the six weeks pass quickly for you -- I'm sure you're itching to get out of that cast already!

Oh my oh my what a wonderful place you dwell in! Great photos! I just posted my Saturday Centus and I was thinking the entire time, I have to get there I know Judie was there already! Yikes no Judie! I know, I do hope your back to two useful hands, and it gets so hard to do all the catching up sometimes when we post- like the the letters of the week are fun but so many to comment on- and so little time. I have to find you on Facebook so we can keep better in touch- I feel like I hardly get to see you any more- I miss Judie who makes me fall off my chair in total and complete laughing fits!

Your photos are lovely. I love the mountains but the beach will always hold a special place in my heart.

I am so sorry to learn of your injury in your prior post, Judie. I hope you heal quickly.

Uh oh. I missed the one hand thing.

Gotta go check e-mails and read backwards!

Love your beach pictures! Hate that you're having a hard time again.
