The Rogue Speaks:
Hmmm--this could be Wordless Wednesday instead of Saturday Centus, because I really have nothing to say about being 16. I think the expression on my face in the photo above says it all. I hope you will visit
Jenny Matlock, and read the other offerings for her brilliant sixteen word prompt!!

Judie I love your photo! Those b/w 's were the best! You look is so expressive and very pensive! My goodness what a beauty at 16! I am 5 8 today and never ashamed to admit it! Ha Ha! We have bitter cold and snow falling. But it is very pretty. Have a terrific weekend. Hugs Anne
Oh, art in all it's tenderness...who took the photo? What a great keepsake to have! Perhaps that 16 year old need something to make her giggle? Better go check me out:) Love your music this morning too. Goes along so well...
What a wonderful photo...and I think you're right...no words needed. Love it!
So what you're showing us it that you were hot stuff even at an early age. Love it!
Wonderful photo here!
Hmmm- What a pretty girl, and your expression gives me the impression you were already then a very deep thinker...I really like the figurines pictured...was this photo originally black and white or did you change it? It's very reflective for sure!
I love this photo .......
That's such a captivating and amazing photo, Judie. You are beautiful, then and now.
Chocolate kisses,

Beautiful girl, what ails you?...
that pensive glance
like a knife, cuts.
smile. Life, it is short.....
Excellent take on the prompt Judie...you're right, no need for words and I sure wish I had a pensive, artsy photo of myself at 16 like yours !!!
Judie: I would recognize you immediately - And you think even more deeply a few years later!
Judie, Indeed, no words necessary, and how kind of you to share this part of you. I think most 16 year olds have moments exactly like the one you were having in the photo. Makes me think of the sad poems I was trying to write at that age.
Namaste.........cj
I love this picture of you! You were just as pensive and deep then as you are now. My 16th year was not my happiest, either.
What a beautiful photo ... and I agree ... words are not required, this photo speaks volumes!
You don't have to write anything at all. The photo speaks for itself. Amazing.
You must've had a photographer in the family to take such a unique and wondrous picture, Judie! How wonderful that you still have it. It definitely needs no words.
I'm glad I didn't miss this.
Do you ever look at old photos of yourself and wonder what of that girl is still obvious in the one you see in the mirror every day?
This is a great pic. Eloquent in and of itself.
=)
Cute girl! Bet all the boys were beside themselves...Peace and blessings
Poignant photo. Love this; no words necessary.
You are so beautiful!Love, Ames
Judie, what an exquisite photo. And how pretty you are! Though your beautiful, expressive eyes are wide open, your silent gaze seems to be looking in, not out,
By the way, I forgot to mention I love the new painting you just posted "Bad Moon Rising." But there's nothing bad about it in my eyes.
a stunning beauty even at 16, I can't help but stare, called my daughter over who is 16 and we both admired this photo for some time
Beautiful young woman! Looks as though your are dreaming of far away places. Or sould searching. You are a stunning beauty!
It is surely a picture worth a thousand words that speaks for it self.
Thank you for sharing.
Blessings
Beautiful and pensive.
A look of dreamy, beautiful photo, you are very beautiful and appear to be 12 0 13 years, you look very childish.
Beautiful! Says it all.
